This program introduces athletes to more technique and skill based activities for better performance – still lots of fun!!
7 Weeks3:30pm

Trinity Lutheran College

A fun energetic session aimed to develop kids overall health and well being along with a variety of health and skill related fitness : agility, balance, co-ordination, strength cardiovascular, speed and flexibility.
9 Weeks3.30pm to 4:30pm

Coomera Anglican College

This program introduces athletes to more technique and skill based activities for better performance – still lots of fun!!
