Program Overview

My Athletx Program is designed for children as young as 3yrs through to 12 years of age.

Skills & Fitness for running (sprinting & endurance), Jumping and Throwing remains the core focus of the Program.

Classes are organised by age and general ability of children.

  • Mini Olympian Program 4-6 Years
  • Little Olympian Program 6-8 Years
  • Junior Olympian Program 8-12 Years

Mini Olympian Program
4-6yrs

Ideal for the very beginner athlete.

A fun and high energy program that involves lots of running, jumping and throwing games and modified activities. Develops the fundamental skills invloved in track & field events whilst building confidence in a safe and fun environment.

Little Olympian Program
6-8 yrs

Introducing young athletes to more technique focused & skill-based athletic games and activities.

Designed to enhance early performance, all while keeping the fun at the forefront.

Junior Olympian Program
8-12 yrs

This program offers athletes the opportunity to develop skills & fitness for traditional track & field events.

A great program for those looking to focus on their performance at school carnivals and district selection.

Sportshall

Sportshall Athletics Event

Our unique and exciting Sportshall Athletic Events are an ideal way to introduce young athletes to competition fun!

Our events are held throughout the school year at INDOOR locations on the Gold Coast, so the weather never stops us!!

Keep them active and engaged in sport during the school holidays. A fun but purposeful program designed to give kids a positive athletic experience. See timetable for scheduled program days and times.

Track Squad

Developing a love for sprinting this is a great opportunity to get young athletes involved in track work. Technique and speed sessions are held at Griffith University. Check timetable for days and times. Bookings essential. Ages 10-14

PT

PT & Strength & Conditioning

Youth training - taking things to the next level with specific strength and conditioning work for athletic events. These sessions will take young athletic performance to the next level. 1 on 1 and small group bookings available. Adult Personal Training - a must for parents wanting to improve their strength, health and fitness. 1 on 1 and small group bookings available.
