Refund Policy

My Athletix makes every effort to be fully transparent at all times. It is important to us that you are fully aware of your rights with respect to cancellations and refunds. If you cancel registration for a My Athletix program more than 10 calendar days prior to the commencement of that program, then you will be entitled to a full refund of any portion of the program fee. If you cancel registration for a My Athletix program 10 or less calendar days prior to the commencement of that program, then you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the program fee. If for some reason the school/college cancel’s our sessions because of restrictions out of our control, no refunds will be granted, however make up sessions / time added to remaining term sessions will be offered were possible. Please note that you must notify My Athletix of all cancellations by emailing info@myathletix.com.au.

Parental Consent

I certify that my child enrolled above, is in good health and fit to participate in strenuous physical activity. I agree to defend and hold My Athletix/My Fitness, its servants, agents and/or employees harmless for any and all claims for injuries that may be sustained by my child during his or her participation during the My Athletix/My Fitness program. I also authorise coaching staff to provide treatment to my child for minor injuries or illness, as may be required. I certify that there are no limits or restrictions to my child’s participation in the My Athletix program, except as stated in writing and included with this enrolment form. I am aware that My Athletix /My Fitness does not, and will not, provide personal injury cover for my child. I will notify My Athletix if my child is away from school and can not attend a My Athletix / My Fitness session.
